Workshops & Trainings

“Knowing others is intelligence; knowing yourself is true wisdom. Mastering others is strength; mastering yourself is true power.”

Whether is it the quest for truth, understanding, or happier living, self-development is the common thread in all personal paths, the root of their unfolding. Growth not only cultures our ability to live in alignment with our natural gifts, our most sacred offerings, but it instructs our ability to identify and distill truth to its essence.

Workshops and trainings are opportunities to shine a light inward — to delve deeper, enhance personal practice, and master new techniques that we can then bring into our day-to-day interactions.

Whether cultivating a deeper understanding of Ayurveda to bring more spacious and ease into your life or deepening your yogic studies to enrich your classes and the lives of your students, this quote from Lao Tzu rings true: strength resides in knowing oneself.

And it is this, our own self-realization, that is the best gift we can render the world.

Workshops create a space for you to become thoroughly immersed in a particular aspect of holistic health and it’s various self-healing modalities.

Regardless of an individual's experience with yoga or Ayurveda, these workshops are appropriate for everyone interested in learning techniques to create balance and healing in their lives.
